Updating: I have merged the latest versions of these that I have been
given:

French
Gaelic
Japanese (including desktop messages)
Slovenian
Turkish
Russian
Vietnamese

I notice though that the Russian translates some recent new strings, but
loses some older strings, about 30 of them, because "fuzzy" was added. I
don't know if that was intentional.

The hope is that Audacity will split a release branch from its master
branch today. (This is a new branch management procedure we have not done
before.) A release candidate for 3.0.3 will follow, possibly after some
bug-fix commits. Second or later release candidates may follow as
necessary.

Please make further pull requests on the release branch, when you see it.
Further translation updates may be merged while a release candidate is in
preparation.
