Patriccollu, these messages are only spoken by screen reader programs like
NVDA or VoiceOver.

"start 1 of 2 clips AudioTrack" is a plural example of the first one.

"start 1 and end 2 of 3 clips AudioTrack" could be an example of the other.

"2 of 3 clips AudioTrack" for the third.
