Executed "bzr branch lp:audio-recorder" (last modified on 2015-07-24)
Created audio-recorder-1.6-4.tar.gz and moved it to ~/rpmbuild/SOURCES/ and moved the current audio-recorder.spec to ~/rpmbuild/SPECS "rpmbuild -bb ~/rpmbuild/SPECS/audio-recorder.spec" created audio-recorder-1.6-4.fc22.x86_64.rpm which installed without incident. I have made one recording with this program. So far, so good. Thank you all for your work. royboy626 P.S. I was not able to compile either of the 1.6.2 or 1.5 tarballs.
