I would LOVE to have talking exercise equipment.  I trained for a half marathon, and the one place where I had difficulty was knowing which programs to use on my treadmill or bike.  I ended up labeling the buttons in Braille, but even then, I could only adjust speed and incline.  I couldn't take full advantage of all the fitness programs the equipment offered.  I would certainly be interested if you found a way to make these products accessible, and I imagine a lot of other blind athletes would be as well.  Best of luck to you.
