Momo, if you have any characters that you can log in that are in your account, you can use the 'account password' command to change the passwords on your other characters. You can also use 'account password reset' to reset the account password via email.
If you've forgotten all of your passwords, send a mail to s...@xirr.com with your character name, and I'll get you a password reset so you can log in. Thanks!
