i think they just need to lable the button and do some changeing a little bit to the game , to make it aksesible , not sure though,
for choice of game title, i have tryed zombie exetus game, its quite acsessible with talkback but, sometime the talkback doesn't read anything, i need to back to the main screen of my phone and then back to the game to make it read all of the text, or sometime the radio button thinggy and the continue button doesn't respond when i tap it, i need to do the same prossiger for the talk back doesn't read anything , to make it work again ,
