It seems other folks are also wondering about accessibility on the AppleVis forums. Some of them have submitted support tickets to try and get VO compatibility added to the app, the form's here but may not be fully accessible. Depending on the framework they used it may inherently not be compatible with VO, or they may not be interested in adding support at this time.
