No. The only commercial one is Ivona. Although I do believe Koba Speech also had a 64bit driver, probably. Here's the thing, you're not gonna get many sapi engines that directly support 64bit. So the best you could do is to work around it with the 32bit speech properties. Unless you know where the registry keys are, then you can make the necessary adjustments.
