A more extreme sollution, if you're running windows 10 is to recet the pc. Then everything will be removed and you can start clean, and it doesn't require things like windows PE:
You go to the settings app, then to update and security, then to recovery, then to the get started button. Follow the instructions onscreen, then after it begins recetting wait 20 minutes to an hour depending on your laptop's speed. Then hit windows + enter to start narrator, follow prompts onscreen (when you have the choise to customize settings you should do so to set certin privacy options to off), then you are on a desktop, with no bloatware.
