Re: a new Linux convert, loving it!
I just switched to sonar gnu linux, and all and all, am never looking back on this laptop. the performance is damn near what I'd get on an ssd.
It has certain querks, such as not being able to activate ctrl+alt+tab in mate and read it with orca, (info please) but other than that, a great option for those needing a change from the spying of microsoft and the restrictive mothering of apple.
