Re: Problem with Q read

My problem with QRead is that it takes an excessively long time to start up before you can begin using it.

The program's main window appears, but will not respond to anything you try to do for around a minute or so, then it finally wakes up. I don't believe this is normal behavior, so I wrote asking for assistance, I wrote several times, zero response, and no new versions where the problem might have been fixed.

From my side of things, it appears as though I'm being ignored. I might understand such treatment if the program was free, but for a program you are asked to pay for it is a totally unacceptable way to treat a customer. And that is why I will no longer recommend any of his programs to anyone.
