One problem you will find is that not only is TTS needed, but so is some kind of OCR that can read unusual fonts. The menus on most discs are graphic with no mackine readable text tags. Some menu options will be for generic actions such as Play or Set Up, which can be interpreted and the action spoken, but most discs have menu items pointing to other video clips on the disc, such as previews, and those will probably need to be sent to OCR first, then sent to TTS for speaking.
