There is free NVDA addon scripts for this thing: That's why people swear by it so much. I think the user interface is more confusing than it has to be, though, but might be worth the learning curve for you. Similarly, there's radioboss.

I like it's built in broadcasting tools. No using a plugin to do what should be the bare bones must have for an app like this... Especially one that you pay for. Also configuring/using mic quickly with no fus for me, are reasons I prefer this thing to station playlist studio, though I haven't used studio it in years...
Then of course, there's sam broadcaster.

Biggest gripe I have with it
is of course that you have to rely on a MySQL, or Firebird database backend, for example. They support a few other sql types, but that's not the point of running a broadcasting tool. If you want to sound pro, but have a hard time configuring rotations and such unless your a Jaws user,,, go ahead. I'm talking Sam broadcaster pro, I guess is the name they call this thing now.
