@crashmaster the thing about core exiles is that its crafting part is so well done and has so many items to craft because there are a staggering amount of resources in the game, and adding half as many resources into dm2 as ce has would take ages, when you consider coming up with them, then finding uses for them in crafts, and maybe even transport danger levels and such if you were going to have hauling be a major profession in the game. also as far as I'm aware there is no such thing as custom crafting in the smugglers games but then again I haven't played every profession propperly so can't say for sure. Planet or space side quests is a great idea, and even if they aren't part of an ongoing story they can simply be some dayli tasks that you can do each day for smallish rewards, posted on holographic message boards or the galactic terminals or whatever for example a small group of pirates invading, or a rooky pilot flying their corvette into an asteroid and ne eding pickup, things like that which aren't that hard to do and get you some cash on the side. You could probably do like... 3 or so a day and they would also provide some good starting boosts for newer players. sorry for going into this level of detail again, when it comes to suggestions for this type of games I usually can't really help myself.
