SLJ has it right on the money. You won't be able to get the ps4 to believe you're in the US, so you won't have access to the TTS features, unfortunately. Below are some of the playable games, in case you're interested... going to list all the ones I can think of, including upcoming games, some of which are also available on the xbox 1. The * beside it means that it is only on the ps4.

Those are all the major ones I can think of at the moment, but there are probably more that I just haven't found myself yet. haha. But in essence, SLJ is right. If the main goal for you is
an accessible get the console, get the xbox1. If a big game library is what you want, get the ps4.
