I know a pokemon crystal hack called Twitch Plays Pokemon Crystal Anniversary, and all 251 pokemon can be obtained.
There is also another hack called Pokemon Crystal Kaizo, that its difficulty increases considerably, and you can get the 251 Pokemon including Celebi.
For me the best hack is the Pokemon Anniversary Crystal, because it is compatible with the Lua Script, in addition to having new music, new maps, new trainers, etc.
There is another hack, but unfortunately it is not compatible with Lua Script. The hack is called Pokemon Prism, and is a hack based on the Pokemon Crystal ROM. However the Lua works correctly with the text, the problem is that the camera (the script) that I use to guide me, does not warn you correctly if there are walls, objects or anything. Yes, the problem is on the map, but I do not know what it will be.
In Pokemon Prism you will find Pokémon of generation III, and a new story! I want to play it but
