Is Ther An NVDA Addon For This, And If Not, Is It Easy To Make

Hello.
So, I'm kind of a fan of the way jaws reads it's messages. You can have a PC cursor voice, which could say the name of a menu item, and then the tutor and message voice will say 2 of 16 or something to that effect. Just wondering if it's possible to make an addon that does all that stuff? Any response is appreciated.
