Sadly, there is not. Thus why GW Micro made the skype enhanced app for the official Skype program. As of Windows 8.1 and later, the public Skype Kit has been discontinued, and will no longer work on newer Windows releases, thus GWC. I have no idea how the Socializer from Serotek is gonna combat this one. The same goes with Miranda NG.
