Re: Magic card sleeve brailling.
Get a braille label maker (or a perkins brailler, although I've never used one to label sleeves).
Put the most important information on the card sleeve (type, power/toughness, mana cost, etc).
I recommend the 6Dot braille label maker for this job, as labeling card sleeves with one of those cheap labelers from maxi aids takes too much damn time.
