the only sim aside from trucker I know of is the browser game "truckingsim". You basically create a driver and get a stock truck, then you have to drive between cities making deliveries. Its pretty linear and boring in my taste, as all you really do is set the speed you want to travel at, and stop when your exhaustion level gets too high. When you arrive you can spend money on things like repair and refuel, truck items and new trucks. There's also a company feature that gives you things like discounts for repairing in certain cities or whatever, but I personally didn't enjoy the game.
