And again a suggestion: It would be nice if you could arrange big or little Partys, with different fireworks you could arrange, Drinks, Food and entertainers and such to keep your people happy from time to time between all the hard work. You could even be part of the party and watch it, even the fireworks and such.
And locations wich even the cartographers guild doesn't know and for wich no maps exist would be fantastic, since that keeps exploring still interesting even if you could unlock so much with the maps.
