I was thinking about using Team Talk for communication.
To role I would use rolz.org, because I've found that to be the most accessible.
As for the DM. I have never tried to be a DM, as I stated in my first post, I have never tried to play a D&D game before.
And btw: At least the DM should have good English communication skills, and the players should to some degree to make a dynamic party.
