In terms of commercial games, There are far too many to list all using paypal or similar.
Plus there are many different payment systems out there. Some games like a ahero's call are retail only. Some have a playable demo then a more complete full game you can buy. Some let you play the game but then expire after a few uses, while some games are essentially free but have a donation system to get some sort of in game benefits or extra game content.
i suggest you go to the front of site and use the "search games" link, then in the license types dropdown box select "the license type your interested in. If your looking for commercial games check out shareware", "retail", "trial", and maybe "subscription" and "donation" too.
