For those who use NVDA, and would like to get access to Spotify, the normal Windows client, check out "vMouse" from VICT Consultancy, which as of Jan 22, 2014, is now free!
You can hear Paul Warner demo Spotify using vMouse, Here. Its towards the end of the podcast. However! I'd listen to the entire podcast whenever you get a chance, as its an intro to what vMouse brings to the table.
