It looks like you need to download Jim Kitchen's Winkit. This will install dependencies old games like Treasure Hunt require to run.
You can get Winkit at https://www.agarchive.net/games/kitchensinc/winkit.zip
Just extract the zip, run setup.exe, and follow the instructions.
