You may also wish to check out This Thread , for info on vMouse, which helps to simplify physical mouse/navigation keys movement with NVDA.

BTW, yes, vMouse from VICT Consultancy, is now "Freeware!" Lots of folks still don't believe that... Really though, I hope that can help with steam.
