Whatever's wrong with Jennios? Actually wondering this myself. I think they actually are a sublicenser of 1and1 hosting through what I've heard on the page, since they said the server cluster is through them. As for jc, that is indeed true, while it does take a little while to set up, they do deliver and they serve the department well.
