There is an HTML file with keyboard shortcuts in the eurofly\docs\en directory. There is also a quick start guide at https://www.stefankiss.sk/programy/euro … en/f2.html
The English isn't the greatest, but it should get you going. You may also find Captain John Tyson's "Eurofly for Dummies" V1.0 to be helpful, but it was written before version 2.0 as the title says.

All you actually need to play the game is the main program. There are optional grounds, towers, stewardesses, and background transmitters you can download if you don't want to hear the same voices over and over again.
