Pokémon Sword and shield announced!

The Pokémon direct aired this morning, and the newest mainline Pokémon RPGs, sword and Shield have been confirmed to launch on the Nintendo Switch sometime before the end of 2019
Not many details are known at this point, but these games appear to be returning to basics rather than using the ideas introduced in the lets go games.
This means random battles are back, and Pokémon no longer follow the player character in the field.
Hopefully this means things like the wall bump sound return along with constant footstep sounds rather than the fading ones found in the lets go games.
Being on the Switch, this means that we might even get a controllable camera rather than the automated one found in the 3DS titles.
Only time will actually tell us blind fokes what; if any; features will be in these games that can aid us in playing them.
I just thought; as no one else has done it; that I'd make this topic to collect your thoughts on this new generation of Pokémon, and if it's going to push more of us away, or reunite us in our ability to play these games again.
What we know so far...
The thre new starters are the grass monkey Grookey, the fire rabit Scorbunny, and the water lizard Sobble.
The new Galar region appears to be based on Britain.
Gygms are returning.
The games are coming out near the end of 2019.
Later!
