Just to be sure, do you mean...
"If something is already voice recorded for sighted players, don't replace it with synthesised speech. But if you're providing extra info specifically for blind players, don't use recorded voice for it, use synthesised speech. Or if needed and appropriate for some things, use some other form of audio or haptic cue"
