Newer Windows 10 versions have a feature in Windows Defender to have Windows clean install itself without any software that came with your computer this is how you can access it.
If this doesn't work, get the windows 10 media creation tool from Microsoft's website. You'll then have 2 options. You can have it make you an iso image of Windows 10, mount it with explorer (just press enter on it) and run the Windows setup from there telling it to keep nothing. You can also tell the media creation tool to burn the installer onto a flash drive and boot from it and perform the install that way.
When Windows is installed, you can find GPD Win 2 drivers here.
