moving players in angles like in FPS type games

I was sketching out something today that I am thinking about doing. Anyway, here is my question. Let's picture a starship at coords of 0, 0, 0. Let's say I order a 10 degree turn with an up angle of 15 degree. How do I calculator that for any angle I wish to do? Better yet, plan for the correct movement of said starship? This is in BGT. Figure that this may prove usefull for others too.
