@141 You realize you just undermined Liam's efforts to resolve this in a peaceful manner, right? I mean, if the guy had posted again, that would be definitely time to do something about it, as his behavior has gotten way out of hand. You, however, have decided to come and trot the big guns out, and by so doing, have cut right across his efforts. Right now, the team's public image is not looking so hot, and it would be best if you guys showed a united front. It's not a good look when staff members are cutting swaths in other staff member's paths.
