Eset NOD32 Accessibility Issue With NVDA

Hello everyone,
Today I purchased ESET NOD32. It was somewhat accessible with NVDA at first when I installed it but after a while when it started updating its database it became totally inaccessible. NVDA just says "unknown" over and over when I tab around its interface.
Should I configure something to make it accessible again?
