Another thing to think about is if this is really DECtalk 4.3, or if it is just marketing telling us something that is too good to be true. If they have newer versions such as DECtalk 5.0, why on earth would they sell an older version? This doesn't make any sense.
Furthermore, we haven't heard any audio samples of this "DECtalk 4.3", so I wouldn't get all excited about something that most likely is too good to be true.
