Hi there. You can, in fact get the two dusts at a later stage of the game.
As for the 12 floor of Hades, I unfortunately have not played through the game recently enough to remember the maze. I have the recordings of me playing through the game lying around somewhere, I can get them for you if you wish. Be warned that they do not contain any commentary, however. You have to do your best to follow them on your own. Alternatively, I know others have created playthroughs for paladin.
