@simba, a bit late as regards the chilly since we gnoshed half of it last night, and whilst there is probably enough left for the both of us tomorrow, it probably wouldn't serve three.

You can buy plenty of stuff and put it in the freezer, or tins of stuff as you need, you just have to plan stuff out as I said, and if your making deliveries, don't overload your fridge too much.
