Problem with win10 screenreader during installation

Hey hey to all!
Yesterday i tryed to install the newest win10 distribution on one of my former win7-PC's
The first part of the installation worked pretty well. I started the screenreader by pressing win-control-enter and installed the system.
I made a completely new installation so i deleted my harddisk.
But after that and after the reboot the screenreader stopped working randomly. Sometimes it is active and reads out everything correctly, but after one or two minutes it is muted totaly. I can still hear the clicking sounds which is a part of the accessibility-system. But nothing else.
Somehow, after a view tries i finished to create an account. But now the screenreader is muted totaly.
maybe someone has an idea here about the source of error?
Or even a solution?
