Well... I'm working on a game called Stellaris. It's huge and definitely has tons of procedural generation, but is still a bit hard to work with because it requires OCR, which ties it o specific screen resolutions. I'd say it's about 98 percent playable, just takes some getting used to.
As for this game, someone linked me to it on Reddit last week. I think the original developer has vanished, but there is at least one fork.
