Certainly, since "require" is specified in the form part, isset is not necessary, but if "mail.php" is called directly, an email with no content will be sent, so it is necessary to take measures.
Then, “html_output ()” is executed multiple times, but since the process is always terminated with “exit” after output, different contents should not be output many times.
