Just wanted to chime in and say that I see both sides here. If mods don't warn people in the topic they acted up in, they wouldn't know they're in trouble. If they do, it stirs up old flames. The way I see it, there's nothing you can do about it that'll solve both problems, so I say leave it the way it is.
