Aggeetle is pretty beastly defensively though, and it does eventually get white lance.
Also knockout venom and pest pincer.
I'm a fan of the bug/ohly typing
but I agree it's kind of lame it learns holy light with 0 incentive to use it. Then again, it's far from a unique case here so w/e.
