Settings are stored in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\polyphone. Delete the key and Polyphone's settings will reset. Also you said something about the 10th MIDI channel which doesn't work at all? Mine does very well. Note that you first need to insert the ReaControlMIDI VST before the BassMidi VSTi, to properly control programs, MIDI CCs, MSB/LSB banks, etc. the MSB bank is the equivalent to the bank number in a SoundFont. For example if you set the MSB bank to 30 and the program to 4, in the SoundFont will be 030:004, if you use a SoundFont editor. But the management of the MSB and LSB bank is a little awkward with ReaControlMIDI.
