Hi,
wightfall, make sure yyou've entered all of the rooms and pressed all the switches. one way to determine that is to note whether the switch is clicking at a faster rate or slower rate than usual.
Once you've done that, enter the room with the conveyor belt, and you should eventually find an ice sheet you can slide on and make your way out of there.
If all of the switches haven't been pressed, there will be a teleporter on the ice sheet which will teleport you outside again.
