Colobaird is really fast, yes. My colobaird has 343 speed at level 100, 394 with a speed hanclet; it's speed is perfect. it strenght is good, 285, also perfect. It is frail, but can hit really hard; mine has Dive bomb, Suicide dive, Fury power, Jumpblitz and Parrot.
