Yeah, in general I agree with you about humanware's less than fair business practises. I'm only lucky I didn't have to buy this one, but since it's seconde hand and has most likely been used past it's warranty, guess I'll just have to be careful.
Now that I think about it, I think I remember a friend using one with eloquence, but no idea what generation, though I suppose it doesn't really matter. I can deal with the voices as they are for what I need to use it for at the moment. I'll hopefully get a newer one at some point, though when that will be I have no idea.
