GPD Win shutting off around 29% battery level

Hi all,

I have the original GPD Win with the Atom X7-Z8750 CPU. It works great for the most part, except for the fact it randomly shuts down at 29% battery power. What's going on? Is the battery messed up or is it the battery gague in Windows? Is there any way of fixing it?
