You might want to use straw pole, more reliable and I don't think they limit you on options. Might be wrong though, been a while since I used it. Or there's always google forms, and there you really can have as many options as you want.
Just so you're aware, minefield was released in 2019 as well, and while it has a fair few issues and it's not one of my best projects for sure, it still exists.
