I like Bob from the music radio and the two student hosts, Jena and the other girl whose name I can't remember as it's been ages since I last played that game. What I like the most about Bob are all his little remarks he makes throughout the whole game that only begin to make sense at the end. I can't say more without making spoilers. :-)
I also like NSB's final song, not only because I think that would have been my final choice as well, had I been in such a situation.
In general, all voice acting in the game is amazing.
