agarchive.net has alot of dos games especially in the pcs games section under the developers listing.
And as for getting talking dosbox started you can set it up with com0com.
Set virtual pair 1 to COM8 and COM9.
If you use nvda you can use nvda.bat to start the virtual hardware synthesizer speaking through nvda, run dosbox.exe and then put nvda to sleep.
Or if you don't use nvda you can just run startbns.bat and it will start the regular version of the virtual bns and also start dosbox.exe at the same time.
Then regardless of how you started it you can now just type asap and if everything whent correctly you should hear speech.
